Don Broussard, who has been my guide through the entire project, made several trips to L38 to inspect the airplane. Don is a certified FAA A/P and IA. He started at the spinner and finished at the rudder. Very detailed inspection. Some minor problems were found and corrected. Don pronounded he was satisified with the air worthyness of the plane.
